  1. Navigate to Product Groups in the Control Panel. 
  2. Press Add to create a new Product Group. Tick Used to Route Orders to have it appear in your Check section within Devices.
  3. Modify/Save and navigate to the Products section in the Control Panel. 
  4. Link products you wish to be printed on each printer group.
      1. Select Department
      2. Select Product
      3. Click on Link Groups
      4. Select the desired Printer Group (eg. This can be Kitchen Printer or Bar Printer.)
      5. Make sure you save your changes.
  5. Navigate to Devices in the Control Panel.
  6. Ensure your Printer settings are accurate and the Check activated.  Port,  Port Speed & Handshaking will be found on a Self-Test Print. (click here for instructions.)
