- Navigate to Product Groups in the Control Panel.
- Press Add to create a new Product Group. Tick Used to Route Orders to have it appear in your Check section within Devices.
- Modify/Save and navigate to the Products section in the Control Panel.
- Link products you wish to be printed on each printer group.
- Select Department
- Select Product
- Click on Link Groups
- Select the desired Printer Group (eg. This can be Kitchen Printer or Bar Printer.)
- Make sure you save your changes.
- Navigate to Devices in the Control Panel.
- Ensure your Printer settings are accurate and the Check activated. Port, Port Speed & Handshaking will be found on a Self-Test Print. (click here for instructions.)
