What is the procedure for a warranty replacement?

Our normal procedure requires you to complete a Return Material Authorization Form (RMA). Once this form is completed and email or faxed back to us our staff will review the information. If your item/s are in fact under warranty we will provide you with the return address where we wish to have your item sent to for either repair or replacement.   Once your items are received and inspected we will contact you and notify you of the next process to be taken.
