Do I need software to trigger my Cash Drawer to open?

We do have a Cash Drawer Open tool available to customers to download and use. This tool is located in our downloads tab. Whilst this tool allows you to open the drawer via the computer, without the use of software it is only a testing tool designed for short term use rather than long term.
