My Epson TMT82II printer was not detected by my Computer.

Please follow the below steps: 


Unplug the printer from the computer

Restart your computer

Ensure the relevant drivers have been described as directed. 

Re-connect the printer to your computer using a different port to the one originally used. (If you used port 1 originally, try port 2 now). 


Your printer should now be working. If you are still experiencing issues feel free to contact us.
