Configuring your Serial Printer to the ViViPOS is a simple as 1..2..3

1. Get yourself a Test-Print from your Epson Receipt Printer
2. Navigate to Devices on your ViViPOS
3. Input the required values into the spaces provided.

2. Your VIViPOS Terminal requires 2 values from the Test Print:
   1.  Port Speed/Baud Rate &
   2. Handshaking

3. Once acquired, navigate to Devices in the Control Panel of your ViViPOS.
   
4. Activate a Receipt Printer by ticking the check box below.
   Ensure your Printer settings are accurate. Port Speed/Baud Rate & Handshaking will be found on a Self-Test Print.

5. Populate the previously acquired values gathered from a Test Print (Port Speed & Handshaking)
6. In the example above the Baud Rate is 38400 and the Handshaking is DTR/DSR
7. Add the values to your ViViPOS terminal and save.
8. To set up the Check Printing you will need to mirror the settings if you are using the same printer alternatively follow Step 3 for 1-4 for the second printer.. 
   
9. Select the Printer Product Group if you are using Route Printing (for more information about this process click here.) or tick both the options in the square above to print all items in your menu. 
10. Make sure your Auto Print Copies is set to 1 so you are not printing duplicates.
    
11. Modify/Save your settings and away you go.
