  1. Navigate to Devices in the Control Panel.
  2. Activate a Receipt Printer by ticking the check box below.

  3. Ensure your Printer settings are accurate. Port Speed/Baud Rate & Handshaking will be found on a Self-Test Print.

  4. In the example above the Baud Rate is 38400 and the Handshaking is DTR/DSR

  5. Add the values to your ViViPOS terminal.

  6. To set up the Check Printing you will need to mirror the settings if you are using the same printer alternatively follow Step 3 for the second printer.. 
  7. Select the Printer Product Group if you are using Route Printing (for more information about this process click here.) or tick both the options in the square above to print all items in your menu. 

  8. Make sure your Auto Print Copies is set to 1.

  9. Modify/Save your settings.
