Configuring Receipt Printer for Printing Reports

Here are the steps to configure your ViViPOS to print your reports using a Receipt Printer:

• Go to Devices in the Control Panel Screen
  
• In the Report / Label tab, configure the correct settings of the printer you wish to print the report with. Usually the settings should be the same as your Receipt Printer. Below is an example showing the printer connected to COM 1 on the ViViPOS.
  Save the settings once completed with the Save icon on the bottom left.
  
• You should now be able to print any reports by using the Print using report printer icon
