Clearing Products related data

If you wish to clear all products related data from your ViViPOS such as products, departments and condiments, you can import empty data files using the Data Import function.

You can download the following empty files and perform a Data Import. For more details of how to perform a data import, refer to Data Import and Export.

You can download the following empty database import files and extract it to the database_import folder of your USB drive.

The files must be in the correct directory name otherwise it will not be detected. For example, if you USB stick is H drive, here is the expected file structure:

H:\database_import\condimentgroups.csv

H:\database_import\condiments.csv

H:\database_import\departments.csv

H:\database_import\plugroups.csv

H:\database_import\products.csv

H:\database_import\setitems.csv
