Truncate Transaction (Remove Transaction Data)

Truncate transactions will permanently remove all your transaction data. After which it will not be recoverable or accessed through Reports.

If you are starting out and want to clear some test transactions or taking over and want to clear the previous owners transactional data then this is for you.

 

  1. Navigate to the Control Panel
  2. Next go to Function Panel Configuration
  3. Under Number of Panels:

      1. Set the amount to 4
      2. Click on Set
      3. Save 
  4. You will find your Truncate Transactions button on the 4th Page of your Function Panel.
  5. It is purposefully hidden on the 4th page to avoid accidental triggering. 
  6. To hide the page again simply follow steps 1 -3 and revert the Number of Panels to 3.
